Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Luma Ads, a service operated by Luma Strategy (“Luma Strategy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Luma Ads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility to Review

Luma Ads uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing materials including social media images, promotional copy, email content, posters, and postcards. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published, distributed, printed, or shared in any form. Luma Strategy makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. We strongly encourage you to review all output carefully — including event dates, times, venue names, performer names, ticket prices, and any other factual information — before use.

2. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of Luma Ads is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Luma Strategy shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of or reliance on any content generated by the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from errors in AI-generated text, images, or designs.

3. Your Content and Intellectual Property Rights

By uploading images, logos, text, or any other materials to Luma Ads, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use those materials, including any trademarked logos, brand assets, photographs, or other proprietary content.

You further certify that your use of any uploaded materials — and any marketing assets generated from them — does not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party. Luma Strategy assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership of uploaded content and shall have no liability arising from your use of materials you did not have the right to use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Luma Ads to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or other rights
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious files or attempt to interfere with the service

5. Beta Service

Luma Ads is currently offered as a beta service, free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue access at any time and without notice. Pricing and features are subject to change when the service exits beta.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luma Strategy's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Luma Ads shall not exceed the amount you paid to Luma Strategy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
